Nos gustó mucho el hospedaje, es una ubicación bastante céntrica, la habitación estaba muy bonita, limpia y cómoda. El restaurante la maria también excelente, el Sr Edison siempre estaba muy atento de nosotros y de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Me volvería a hospedar aquí, el restaurante del lobby y el rooftop todavía no están listos, pero en cuanto estén completos será increíble.

L'attention fournie par l'ensemble du personnel, notamment el Gerente Mateo, a ete tout simplement exceptionnelle. Outre l'assistance fournie par les employes de l'hotel, Mateo s'est personnellement assure de notre confort et de notre paix d'esprit tout au long du sejour. Par ailleurs, les equipements de l hotel et de la chambre etaient neufs, propres, confortables et parfait pour un sejour entre amis a 200m a peine du quartier Provenza. Je ne peux que recommander cet hotel.

The apartments are new, tastefully designed, very spacious and fully equipped. We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, which was enormous. The staff is very, very friendly. The apartments are next to Provenza, so location is excellent. We would stay here again.
Provenza is a party street and very loud. The window frames of the apartment don’t close well and therefore one may need earplugs to sleep. The floors could be cleaned better. In balance the benefits far outweigh these minor disadvantages.

Todo estuvo perfecto, de verdad que hicieron la diferencia y dieron el plus para que nuestra estancia en Medellín fuera de lo mejor. Las atenciones de todo el personal y del Gerente Mateo estuvieron de lujo, súper atentos y amables,nos vamos muy agradecidos! El apartamento igual está excelente, súper cómodo, amplio, de lo mejor que he visto. La ubicación igual está súper bien, a unos pasos de Provenza y de muy buenos restaurantes. Sin duda regresaríamos!
