Nice neighbourhood and hotel staff! We arrived early and they let us in the room before time.

Amazing big rooms right next to the river. We were lucky to have gotten the river facing room. Very nice and residential neighbourhood with Provenza just a 15 min walk away.
The staff is always smiling and willing to help. We wanted to store our luggage for two nights while we went to Bahia Solano and they happily did that. We wanted to get a weight measure to weigh our bags and they sent that to the room too.
The property has a small and functional gym on the terrace with amazing views of the city.

The facilities were okay, but unfortunately our overall experience was very poor because of the service.
We were staying with a wedding group, and several guests had no hot water in their showers. The hotel staff did not make a proper effort to resolve the issue. Our room assignment was also incorrect, and again there was very little willingness to help.
The worst part was the attitude of the staff, especially L*iza, who we found extremely rude, unhelpful, and lacking in basic courtesy. Instead of dealing with our issue directly, she went to the bride (who had nothing to do with the situation) and told her that her guests were “causing trouble.” This was not an accurate description of what happened and created completely unnecessary stress for the bride one day before her wedding.
Problems can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. In our experience, the lack of professionalism, respect, and willingness to help was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.
