Staff were really nice here and always happy to have a chat
The pool is actually quite big and deep which was nice as we thought it would be a bit small!
Rooms were big and daily cleaning on request
It's in a quiet area which is nice but it can be quite a walk to the main area of Gili T
The pool filter would turn on quite late (one day not until we asked at 10.30am) and it would shut off quite early so in the early mornings and early evenings you would swim with lots of leaves - not sure why it's not kept on for longer as we wanted to spend a lot of time in the villa!
We rented bikes from the hotel but they were not safe at all and in poor condition. Recommend going elsewhere for this even if it's a bit more inconvenient!
Things are breaking in the room, like towel hooks and taps which all need to be tightened/replaced
Couldn't get the TV to work but that wasn't a big deal as we had an iPad to watch things in the evening
Toiletries weren't very nice so we used our own

Staff was really helpful and helped us plan our activities. The cottage was clean and calm. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was good. In front of the police station and it felt safe.
Sadly when we stayed there the quality of water wasn't good on the island so we couldn't enjoy our private pool and showers which we know was a problem with the island and not with the facility.

Very dated, spent 2 nights never had any towels our whole stay , no soap in room either , breakfast poor
