I very stupidly left both a necklace and a jumper here and didn’t realise until I had already left the country.
The owner was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me setting up PayPal, contacting international shipping, and arranging to send everything back to me. They stayed very responsive throughout what was quite a stressful situation for me, and I can’t thank them enough.
On top of this, the place itself is excellent, great quality, very close to stations, and convenient for travelling to places like Nara and Kyoto. The facilities were also very nice.

The room was very spacious

Building is odd in its layout, room was between two kitchens meaning there was noise
