on the balcony there is no table, no chair, nothing.

It was immaculately clean, the staff were very helpful and there is a pool on the roof!
It’s only a small thing but there weren’t many other guests that I saw so I felt a little isolated.
Some of the facilities were showing their age (but they were well maintained - in light of the floods last year I can forgive this)

Good location, central mall, Diana and ft-square all walkable , free parking, good cafe downstairs
Ants, laundry piled up in the hallway, water heater in shower, so either decent flow with Luke warm water or a drip that is warm. Reception confusing, first a late checkout was 100thb, then the next day it’s 100thb per hour..
