Location super near to the Chinatown, restaurants and bus stations. Nice room and clean shared bathroom and showers
There wasn't a proper reception area, which created confusion at check-in.

Para destacar me alojaron y me atendieron con una amabilidad increíble a pesar de que era el único en todo el hotel ya que estaban terminando de limpiar después de que la ciudad haya sufrido unas inundaciones impresionantes

Location is nice. check-in was ok, accepted MYR cash.
Parking is far(700 metres). Very unpleasant to get our car when going out. Also the room is partitioned by metal containers meaning any noise in next room can be heard. During my stay, got some Chinese aunties making noise, distrupting our sleep at the hotel.
Reception speak a little bit of English but not too fluent. Enough to get through check-in process.
Reception checking all the passport of stayers, unlike other hotels where just checking the principal person who booked the hotel.
