bilik sangat selesa..luas semua keperluan disediakan..ada keropok ada air tin dan air mineral semua free..berbaloi sebab semua dalam bilik sahaja..sangat puas hati dengan harga..sabun dan shompoo disediakan also wangi amat dan ada dijual juga..and i buy..

It felt like we were being scammed when we wanted to check out because after the room was inspected, we were accused of leaving iron marks on the chair, and were forced to pay for damages even though we already knew about the marks on the first day of check-in, but we didn't tell them because we thought they had been there before. On the second day, our room was cleaned and they said there were no marks on the chair, and on the day of check-out, they accused us of leaving the marks and covering them with a towel. We insisted that the marks were there on the first day and we didn't tell them and we wouldn't pay for the damages, then they said that they had previously received cases like this and previous guests didn't say anything and paid for the damages. So if you want to stay at this hotel, make sure to make a video, take pictures of all the equipment in the room, and when you want to check out, make sure one of you is waiting in front of your room and you have already entered when checking the room.

The room was very nice and the whole hotel was clean. The staff was kind.
The staff doesn't speak english well, so we had to constantly use google translate, but this is a minor issue.
We booked a room with breakfast included, but between our booking and our stay they closed the restaurant. As a result, they offered us a pre-set menu (chicken burger, strange sandwiches, some kind of sweet bao, packaged fruits) without any choice on the dishes and with NO DRINK: not juice, not coffee, just the complimentary water that was already in the room.
They should have warned us, we had the right to cancel our reservation.
As a side note, electrical outlets were not working properly
