Central location and comfort were generally very good
Rooms facing the street were noisy owing to traffic, especially on Sat. night, keeping some of our party awake most of the night

I like the location and the price for this kind of touristic place is great. I liked the interior, the staff. receptionists are very nice people they made me feel like a friend, they’re very helpful. The room was was clean and tidy. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay.
The only thing is it’s above some roof so there’s not much of a view from the window, but honestly we weren’t there for that so it wasn’t an issue.

This guest house is clean, practical, and incredibly well-located near Liberty Square. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make you feel right at home.
The only downside is the lack of card payment options, as I prefer not to carry cash. However, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient for visiting the city as a tourist: the metro, currency exchange offices, and shops are all nearby. The building itself is beautiful and has a strong, monumental character. The apartment has all the necessary furniture and appliances, as well as air conditioning. The high ceilings are a nice feature. The staff are kind and responsive and clearly make an effort to help.
The building feels less like a retro-style property and more like simply a very old building. The layout is rather unusual. It feels as though the building was not originally designed as a residential space, which results in very poor sound insulation and some issues with the utilities.
There was a strong sewage smell. The hot water was very inconsistent — it would appear for about a minute and then disappear again. The mattresses are old and squeaky, and sleeping two people in the bed is quite difficult because the whole bed shakes when one person moves. The air inside feels somewhat stale and old, and we constantly felt the need to open the windows.
Overall, the apartment would benefit from renovation and updating, although the property has a lot of potential.
