The hotel is very conveniently located on a busy street with restaurants. The staff were always helpful, and the outside balcony is lovely. Use of kitchen and washing machine also very helpful. Rooms are good for the price you pay

Characterful old building, nice courtyard space to relax in and shared kitchen area with laundry facilities. Walking distance from various bus routes into town and close to dry bridge / rustaveli. Good AC in the room.
Unfortunately the room was not comfortable, it faces onto a very noisy street (from midday until 1/2am) and it’s impossible to have the windows open because of the noise and smell of cigarette smoke. I think other guests were smoking in the hotel as the corridors smelled bad too. The soundproofing in the hotel is non existent, I could hear everything that happened in the bedroom and bathroom of next door rooms.
