We had a great two weeks at the Pump House over Christmas. Nic was so kind to provide a Christmas tree for us and lots of great recommendations for restaurants, shopping and more. The location was perfect…so close to the tube and buses. Great restaurants within walking distance. We ate at the Mayflower Pub twice! Our family of seven adults and a toddler were very comfortable there. We appreciated the baby items (bed, high chair, dishes). If you’re looking for a great home base from which to explore London, look no further!

Located near underground and buses. Grocery store nearby. We had 5 people, 2 couples and a single, the 3 bedrooms each with its own bath was great. Had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Nic's place is wonderful. Great location, just 50 meters from Canada Water underground station, with connectivity within minutes to central and east London. The apartment is minutes' walk from the River Thamse and from there, 15 minutes' walk to London Bridge. The apartment itself is very well equipped, comfortable, clean and quiet. Nic, the host, was helpful before and during our stay (although we didn't need him at all...)

The house was perfect and the proximity to train ideal. This was roomy, and everything we wanted in a place to stay. Check-in was more difficult than it needed to be. The property address has no access from street: I would have much preferred the address of the entry gate. There was an unwritten expectation from the house manager (not the property owner) that we arrive at the exact check-in time to meet in person. She seemed put out that we didn't after intenational flight, and her solution for self check-in was that we buzz other flats in the neighborhood to have them beep us in.
