Clean and modern apartment. Great location close to underground and walking distance to Tower Bridge. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
Issue with toilets flushing. We contacted hosts, received instructions but they did not work for us.

Everything! The space was beautiful, the location was perfect, the amenities were spot-on!
And the view…
The adjacent park had three days of music festivals going on until 11 pm each night. The music was great but a bit overwhelming…really glad we brought ear plugs!

The bathroom was clean, the bed linen was clean, and the bedrooms were tidy.
We had informed the property in advance that we would need a late check-in, as our flight to London landed around 22:00 and we arrived at the apartment around 23:00. However, even while we were still on the plane, we had received no information whatsoever about how to access the apartment. We contacted the property repeatedly, approximately every hour, but only received the check-in instructions after we had already landed in London. This was very stressful, especially when arriving late at night.
The keys were left at a local shop located about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the living room was also below an acceptable standard. The carpet and sofa were extremely dirty and stained. We had to cover the sofa with a blanket because we found it unpleasant to sit on it.
The balcony was also not suitable for four guests. There was only a small plastic rattan-style bench for two people, even though we were staying as four guests.
