Excellent quality, excellent location, excellent hosts, get it booked

The property and stay was probably one of the best in my 3 years of working in the area, very clean, top quality beds, bedding, towels, tv, kitchen an even a pool table and communication with the host was responded to within a couple mins, dont hesitate to stay and i most certainly will be back, thank you

Verschrikkelijk, slecht onderhouden en dus vieze krappe 1 kamer appartement.

Niks

Appartement is niet onderhouden en vies. Haren in de suikerpot, vieze koelkast, vieze servies, smerige koffiezetapparaat. Het matras was helemaal ingezakt en had kuilen. Ook de slaapbank was vies en niet comfortabel. Beddengoed vol met vlekken. Ik snap niet waarop Bookings de sterren heeft gebaseerd. Foto’s op Booking zijn misleidend, in werkelijkheid is het een slecht onderhouden klein appartement. De inrichting is in slechte conditie, zelfs de vloer is kapot op meerdere plekken.. Let op dat het veel te krap is voor 6 volwassenen. ‘s Avonds is het luidruchtig op straat. Het is erg gehorig. Heel het gebouw lijkt voor tijdelijke verhuur te zijn. De buurt was ook niet fijn. Vooral in de avond voel je je niet op je gemak. Ik zou deze accommodatie niemand aanraden. Het was 35 graden tijdens mijn 2 daagse verblijf in augustus 2026. Bij inchecken stonden er 3 ventilatoren in het appartement, 2 in de woonkamer en 1 in de slaapkamer. We gingen de stad in en bij terugkomst in de avond merkten we dat die ventilatoren weg waren. De verhuurder had de ventilatoren weggehaald. Deze waren zogenaamd ineens kapot volgens de verhuurder. Het was werkelijk een sauna binnen. De verhuurder had na de conversatie over de ventilator, meteen de omschrijving op de website van Booking aangepast. Hier moet je niet zijn voor een comfortabel verblijf, naast de leugenachtige berheerder/verhuurder wordt je ook misleid met de foto’s van het appartement en de omschrijving van de advertentie. Je kon ook geen gebruik maken van de tafeltennis, die was gewoon met plaat afgezet en er was niks aanwezig waarmee je de tafel kon omzetten naar een speeltafel..
