House, bed rooms and all facilities were excellent.
The surrounding were not very clean. It would be better if they could clean the front and back garden.

It was a good location, very close to Tower Bridge we walked all around London and didn’t need a car to get around amenities were good. Well stocked kitchen etc, beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and train stations a short walk away. Check in and check out was very easy and smooth. The tv was nice and easy to use.
We felt like the cleanliness and quality of the place wasn’t completely satisfactory, for example; the sofas are very old and worn and seemed unclean, the walls in the bedrooms had marks/stains on them, the showers had signs of mould hard water stains which can easily be removed with the correct products. The size was a bit smaller than expected but we appreciate that can’t be changed and the space was used well.
