The fact that we were unable to stay says it all with no response from the host. Terrible

A Complete Nightmare – Fraudulent, Hostile, and Unprofessional Host.
Overall, the accommodation was okay, but the experience was made unnecessarily stressful by the lack of organisation and communication and not turn her phone off when challenged. The host needs to be more respectful, available and accommodating towards guests. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again as we frequent London a lot.
The host was incredibly aggressive, completely unprofessional, and deeply disorganised. Gaining entry to this flat was a stressful, hostile experience from start to finish.
Zero Communication & Last-Minute Changes: The host changed the check-in time at the last minute, only notifying us at 15:00 on the day of arrival that check-in is 4pm.
Hostile Phone Call: When we tried calling to confirm check-in, her phone was switched off. When she finally answered, she literally shouted at us over the phone, demanding we only use WhatsApp.
Double-Booked & No Key Code: She double-booked the flat and completely refused to send us the access key code. Luckily the other group was understanding to move rooms and we were attending the same event.
False Accusations: We booked the flat for six people (the exact capacity allowed). Despite this, she kept aggressively claiming there were "too many people" and falsely accused us of trying to throw a party.
Stranded Outside: We were left waiting outside the property with zero instructions. If we hadn't randomly run into her cleaner who was still within the vicinity, we would have been left completely stranded yet we had already paid in full. The cleaner kindly gave us access and the key code, doing the host's job for her.
GDPR Breaches & Threats: The host never mentioned an ID requirement beforehand. On the day, she suddenly demanded our IDs before letting us in. When we raised legitimate GDPR privacy and data handling concerns, she became furious. Despite having already taken our full payment, she threatened to cancel our booking and leave us on the street.
This host is a liability. She takes your money, refuses to give you entry codes, shouts at paying guests, and threatens cancellation when challenged on data privacy. On the day of checking out there were people already knocking on our door for us to come out.

Absolutely horrible do not book with them, don’t waste your money
I booked this venue a couple of days in advance for a night away. I was communicating with the owners of this property to find out my checking details. They had no check in details at all. I had to keep on asking them how do I check in into the property and they were not giving clear instructions about how to check in. They claim to have free parking as well. When I asked the about it they said it is “first come first serve” which is absolutely rubbish. If you have said there is free parking for this property should there not be a designated parking spot for that property??? Another red flag is, once I got to that property they sent me a message on WhatsApp saying “flat overbooked”. After I had already paid my sum of money and made my way to the property. Their communication was absolutely atrocious. They had no reason as to why they “overbooked” our flat. This then left us stranded in London, 4 hours away from home. There was no ounce of remorse from them. This booking was also nonrefundable meaning we had to beg them to make the cancellation fee free so that we could get our money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They are horrible people and they scam you for your money.
