Unavailable accommodation.
It technically existed.
I was contacted on the day to say the property wasn't available and wasn't given a reason. The alternative accommodation wasn't fit for purpose, the host didn't seem to know any of the booking details, they were rude on the phone and hung up while I was trying to resolve the issue, and then they wouldn't answer to Booking.com when they tried to call.
And I'm still waiting for Booking.com to resolve the issue on their end.

Avoid this accommodation as everything is terrible!
Nothing, it was a terrible accommodation, terrible land owner and terrible communication
Avoid this apartment at all costs. It was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.
- The communication was absolutely terrible. The owner never answered the phone and always rejected my calls, saying I could only contact her by message.
- Check-in was advertised as available from 4 p.m., but we were told we could not arrive before 6 p.m. The time was later pushed back to 7 p.m. When we arrived at 7:30 p.m., the cleaners were still in the apartment. We couldn’t wait any longer because we had children with us. When we arrived, damp bedding was still hanging on a rack in the hallway, and another load was still being washed in the washing machine.
- The internet either did not work or was extremely slow.
- The bathroom sink was completely clogged with hair. Disgusting!
- The bathroom was dusty and dirty. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet paper holder was falling off, and the shower holder was broken, making it impossible to shower properly.
- We had neither a key nor a code for the outer entrance door. A piece of wood had been left there to stop the door from slamming shut. On our last evening, we could not get into the apartment. The owner did not respond or come to open the door; she hung up on me. We considered calling the police or fire brigade to get the door opened. In the end, we managed to open it another way and effectively had to break in.
- The bed linen was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Some beds had no bedding at all, and there was hair in the bed.
- The towels were dirty and stained.
- There were no hand towels, only large bath towels.
- There was no hand soap.
- There was only half a roll of toilet paper.
- Only after repeated requests did they bring more toilet paper and shower gel. We still never received any hand soap.
- Some of the plates were broken.
- There was not enough crockery for five people.
- There was only one enormous cooking pot.
I am asking Booking.com to delist this accommodation.

Overall very poor accommodation and misleading information on the amenities (particularly parking).
There is parking (not related to the property) nearby, that you can rent on a daily basis - Park Let.
It doesn't come up on the normal parking Apps, but does on the Parklet App.
The apartment was marketed as having parking - there was one parking space for 6 flats!
The dishwasher was full of unwashed pots.
There were no clean towels.
The heating was on at a high temperature and no way to turn it down. Which meant we had to have the windows open, on a noisy road.
The main door to the block of flats was held open to anyone, as the lock wasn't working, so a big security risk.
The Host had to give us multiple codes to try for the lock box, as the one they had initially given us did not work.
The WiFi was unusable
The showerhead would not stay in its holder, and the toilet seat was broken.

Terrible. Worst place I have ever stayed. Worst host. Will never stay there again.
Location
Dirty, no WiFi, no TV, broken chairs, no toilet roll. Host never responds to messages and cuts you off when you call. Should be removed from Booking.com.
