Very professional Team. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean place. Great customer service. Very secure. Gated security. Quiet area. Great communication.

N/A There were a few days of water problems (pressure and temperature) but these were minor and certainly not the issue of the property or properties' management team who were very professional and responsive. And they had back up supplies same day. Utensils were inadequate for a long stay but they over delivered on what I needed and therefore I cannot complain about one thing.

Very well equipped and spacious, which was perfect for longer stay. Peaceful. Accommodation overlooked pool but also had great views. Staff were excellent and friendly. Fantastic value for money.

Internally they are excellent; externally some bits look slightly tired but the team seem to be addressing this.
