The room was cozy and clean, the kitchen was clean and had plenty of cooking ware.
The hot tub was nice and very clean. The owner made sure it was clean before the hot tub useing hours started.
Our stay there was so peaceful and relaxing, I can't think of anything bad or inconvenient that stood out to me.

The host was VERY friendly and helpful, and the guesthouse was well run. Our room was about what you’d expect, but well cleaned and a pleasant space. There were 3 bathrooms shared among the guests which was a better ratio than we had at any other places we stayed. The host filled the hot tub at our request, and that was very nice! The cherry on top was provided cereal and milk for breakfast in the morning, something no other place had for free on our trip.

the location in easy to reach and my room was spacious and prepared nicely.
The room was very cold since there was no radiator. Even though I am a cold-loving person, I thought that, with the window open, which is needed in the summer or in general to get oxygen and create airflow, it was not comfortable not to have a heater to regulate the room temperature. The walls were super thin, and I could hear all the noises from the neighbouring building, the kitchen (facing my bedroom), and the other bedrooms on the side I could hear from my room. I paid over 100 euros for one night, and I don't think that is acceptable. I also had to remind guests in the kitchen to leave so other guests and I could sleep; otherwise, they would have continued watching TV and chatting after 23. Some other guests left their dirty dishes around that we dealt with ourselves. It was also not clearly explained in the welcome email how to find the main building, and we confused the yellow building for the guesthouse, which was not. The guesthouse is in the basement. Parking was also complicated with lots of cars, and we ended up parking on opposite sides, using someone else's parking space, which we were told off about the following morning. Creating a guesthouse parking space and properly marking/signing it would help. We also arrived at 21:04, and even though we were late for check-in, we could check in anyway since the door was unlocked and the keys were on our door. So we were confused about the check-in curfew request at the time.
