Everything! Fourth stay and always same quality and value. Right on the Camino in the old town, easy walk everywhere. Good value for old town in a small, old palace. Everyone at reception excellent and happy to make great suggestions. No restaurant or breakfast, but there is a lovely new coffee, fresh juice and tostada place next alley down on right, one minute away. 3 Cafes. Ask for a bigger room.😊

Fantastic location, the cathedral is a 3 minute away away, the seafood market 2 minute walk away and tons of fantastic bars and restaurants nearby.
For a solo traveller, the room meet most of my needs.
However the star of the accommodation is their staff, each one of them were very kind and helpful, in particular who did very well trying to pronounce my name!
Although coffee/tea could be made in your room, it would have been nice to have bottled water available or even a vending machine so water could be purchased.
It can get quite nosey at night due to the location.

Staff: Ricardo and Manuel were excellent! Super helpful and willing to assist with any questions and needs. Second, the hotel is beautiful! The renovation on this historic building was very well executed; historic essence is preserved without sacrificing modern look and ammenities. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Nice balcony to the street made it perfect.
