The staff were so helpful and friendly location was perfect nice and quiet area while only a short walk to the centre beds very comfortable and pillows. Pool was very well kept breakfast had an excellent selection and you could also order from the kitchen. Lovely courtyard to sit in. Free fruit water jellies and cake at reception. Lovely large soft towels provided for the pool. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

The staff were warm and friendly and the room was nice. The food at breakfast was ok but no information available on allergens other than ask the staff. I cannot eat dairy and the staff tried to cater but the only options I was given was gluten free. A shame more is not available.
When we arrived our room was very warm and the air conditioning did not work very well. We mentioned it to the staff and it improved. The pool was something we were looking forward to it but it felt so unkept. There was mould around the edges of the pool, dead cockroach on the floor, the plants look like they are dying and lots of feathers and dust around them, the windows are dirty and the changing rooms awful. Everything felt so tired. There is also no shade by the pool except under the trees and initially there were no chairs there. These were added on our last two days. Overall the hotel could be so lovely but it has such a feeling of neglect and a need for so much more maintenance.

Good bed and shower, free parking, nice leafy location 12 min walk into old town.
Generally showing signs of age, interiors somewhat bland, pool area surrounds very hot and slippery, lacking chairs and atmosphere at outdoor pool ruined by noise from indoor pool. Minor maintenace issues in room, door keys which repeatedly become inactive.
