We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
The location is perfect for exploring both Franciacorta and Lake Iseo. Having a car is highly recommended to make the most of the area. The views are breathtaking, especially from the restaurant. We stayed in room 404 and really enjoyed spending time on our balcony.
The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast is also very good.
Complimentary bottled water in the room would be a nice touch and, in my opinion, is something guests generally expect from a 4-star hotel.
For families with young children, it's worth noting that the swimming pool is 1.6 m deep throughout and there is no lifeguard, so children need to be supervised at all times.

Comfortable room with great lake views from balcony.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was also very good.
Fairly typical 4-star hotel. Room's decor was quite bland.
