The ambiance and the place in general
The room in general was faulty.
It creeked, there were planks that were literally loose we stepped on a few loose planks. The rail fell on us day 1 when we arrived. Basin plug doesn't work. Bathroom blinds once open they dont close. We had to constantly call reception to help or fix something. Fire place etc

The outdoors are absolutely gorgeous ,serene and peaceful. The rooms are 10 out of 10.
And the spa experience was the best I have ever had .
Will definitely come again with my family.
I arrived at 1330 and only managed to check in at 3pm.
And it was a cold rainy day so that was not fun

The Lodge, Spa and Restaurant were of outstanding quality. Fine Dine experience par excellence. The Buffet breakfast was delicious. high quality. From the moment we arrived until the day we left we were treated friendly and professionally. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite. The suite was comfortably furnished. Bed fit for a king. Linen was spotless. Bathroom very spacious with a His & Hers shower.
Our room was serviced very late. Near 12 noon.

The overall lodge is good.
It's 2026, and not having WiFi in the rooms is absurd - WiFi is only available in the main building.
