Location excellent. Room was big and airy. The young staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Special thanks to Carmen who was an absolute delight to deal with. The hotel is really peaceful.
Not much really. Maybe a fridge in the rooms or daily water if I had to pick anything. There is a machine to grab some chocolate or cans near the breakfast area but it was out of order.

Good location
The air conditioning in our triple room did not work. This was flagged after the first night at reception and it wasn’t fixed and no one came back to us.
There was a locked security safe in the wardrobe but I was informed that it was not working which was disappointing.
