It was lovely to have my own room & bathroom post walking the Central Camino and staying in albergues etc. Ralf on reception very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom all good. Bus stop for the 6A bus to Santiago airport was just c20m from the hotel too (cost of bus to airport = 1€, great value). I didn’t try the bar/restaurant but it was probably good.
The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the cathedral so bear that in mind but when you’ve walked hundreds of km on the Camino what’s a few more eh?! Try to get a room not facing the main road but it wasn’t really a problem.

Super friendly staff who let me leave my trekking backpack at the hotel and allowed me to check in almost two hours earlier. The room and bath was clean and comfortable.

Both reception staff were absolutely lovely. The room was spotless and bed was comfy. Only about €7 in taxi to city centre. Hotel will do laundry for you for €11 which was good to have everything washed after camino. Was also allowed to leave my bags there for the day after checkout which was nice
Walls were very very thin. Could hear the man in next room snore. Also, cleaning started very early the next morning and after weeks on the Camino and looking forward to a lie in, it was impossible due to how thin walls were. A bedside lamp would’ve been good in the room, as it is only big light or darkness. There is also no fan or AC and got quite hot during the day
