Nice hotel not far from historic centre which is reachable with one pleasant walk. The town itself is amazing. Breakfast was good.
No air conditioner in the room but I have to say that fan was more than enough. You could not reserve parking space in the garage and the garage was full upon our arrival. We found free parking just across the street instead. Our car is very low and I damaged my car trying to enter garage. The good thing is that local car dealer of my car brand fix it free of charge. Way to go, Santiago!

Great location , only 15 mins walk to Old Town , room was spacious and clean .
Staff changed a lot in 3 days so no consistency. Only one lady really knew how to answer questions , others seemed undertrained or unable to communicate properly. I understand the language barrier but this was more than that , pity ....Hotel Group might invest more time in training staff. Bar closed 3 pm ? Asked for breakfast at 10.15 am ...was told 'finished' , Menu of the day not available at weekends , I could go on ...however, enjoyed the stay !
