I think the quality of the breakfast food is not so good

The location near the beach yet easy walk to atmospheric old town is great, breakfast service and variety excellent, the larger Classic Rooms are comfortable rooms with good storage,lovely complimentary one hour use of spa, friendly staff .
I mention larger Classic to distinguish from the small room(also described as Classic Room) which we were initially allocated which is not suitable for two people. I think that this smaller room needs to be left for a single person only at a different rate !
The bath/shower combination where present is difficult to use without getting a very wet floor which is dangerous and possibly needs a redesign. The problem stems from poor design of shower screen letting water out very quickly
,also bath could be difficult for older people and much younger children to climb in and out of safely.
Otherwise rest of bathroom comfortable

Fantastic location right beside the beach and near river and old town.
We were upgraded and were able to get into the room as soon as we arrived before midday. This was great as we were only staying one night.
The hotel has sunbed which you can use in the area around the hotel - plenty of shade and views of the beach.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants very close by.
