Everything! Great location for exploring many interesting sites, the decor was imaginative, quirky and cosy. Rooms were tasteful, well - organised and extremely clean. Amazing breakfasts with great choices. Staff very attentive and friendly.
Although very quiet in the hotel, quite noisy outside, but appreciated when booking the hotel it’s on a very busy road junction, which I faced - but very good double glazing . Would not deter me from staying again.

Well designed fittings in bedroom eg hanging space/bedside table, desk cum bench/chair. Good sized kettle & tea/coffee available. Opening windows, fan & external shades.
No ramp to front door for luggage/mobility issues.

Location, very clean, pleasant staff.
The non- existent air conditioning. It was 30 degrees and the room was sweltering. The “eco-friendly” air-conditioning consists of a single thin blind that comes down to keep out the sun- totally ineffective and most definitely not air conditioning.
The pillows and pillowcases were poor. The hotel is quite dark, especially if you book a corrugated view to avoid the noisy rooms at front of the building.
