Excellent location, hot shower, kind staff
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and the serving area was very small and cramped. They did have alternative milk (you have to ask). As the only 24-7 staffed hotel downtown they seem to attract tour groups so the hotel was full and busy.

No lift just stairs to the rooms upstairs.

The location was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful and cozy. The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast surprised me in how nice it was.
The only thing I disliked was the wifi. Anyone who has had bad wifi knows just how frustrating and annoying that can be. Wifi singlehandedly ruined my experience at this hotel. It often disconnects and when it does connect it is extremely slow and unreliable. This is not what you expect from a hotel in 2025.
