Úžasná lokalita, pokud hledáte klid a nechcete davy. Také to je výborný výchozí bod pro výlety, půjčení lodi, autobus je kousek. Výhled, který stojí za všechny ty schody. Majitel nás vyzvedl autem od trajektu a při odjezdu nás opět odvezl se zavazadly, i když to bylo před sedmou ráno. Každý den velmi důkladný úklid, neskutečně čisté.
Schody. Ale to tak na kopci bývá Voda občas netekla teplá nebo zase jen teplá, ale vlastně to ani nevadilo.

As a 70 plus year old, the uphill walking was too much for me so a car was essential, both up to Glossa and down to the port, as well as touring. Car rental on Skopelos is comparatively expensive - cheaper to find one in Skiathos (some will allow you to take a car across and, depending on the number of days, it is likely to be cheaper, even factoring in the ferry costs).
There are a few restaurants in the port, including a nicely located fish taverna.
Babis is a pleasant host and worth engaging for info. He kindly picked us up from the port on arrival.
