Amalia studios is within easy walking distance of the airport.
The apartment was roomy with plenty of room to sit outside.
The gardens are well kept with flowers and vegetables growing there.
The bathroom was well set out and shower-curtain for once kept the floor dry!!
Lidl supermarket and tavernas etc were a flat 10-15 minute walk away.
We are used to plane noise, living close to Heathrow, but Amalia is very close to the airport and planes are literally taking off and landing in front of you.
It is away from the touristy hustle and bustle but the flip side is a 20-30 minute walk to a decent beach and 20 mins to good tavernas.

Lokalizacja była korzystna. Atrakcją było starty i lądowania samolotów, troszkę głośno ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Pokoje czyste, miły gospodarz, dużo kotów.
Dużo ludzi, tłoczno w autobusach, na ulicach. Ale to normalne odnośnie wyspy na którą lądują samoloty.

Έχει ωραίο κήπο, αλλά αυτό δεν έχει να κάνει με την διαμονή μας. Η κυρία που καθάριζε ήταν ευγενέστατη.
Η κριτική μου έχει να κάνει τόσο με την κατάσταση του χώρου αλλά σχετίζεται και με την τιμή που πληρώσαμε. Ή χαμηλώνει η τιμή, ή για να το χρεώνεις τόσο, καλό είναι να προσφέρεις και ένα ωραίο περιβάλλον, Όχι να έχεις από όλα όσα χρειάζεται, αλλά αυτά να είναι σε παρηκμασμένη κατάσταση. Μια σοβαρή ανακαίνιση θα βοηθούσε πολύ (Μόνωση στη σκεπή, μπάνιο, έπιπλα μέσα-έξω, στρώματα, κουζίνα, και σίγουρα πόρτες, παράθυρα και προσθήκη σίτας). Ταξιδεύουμε συχνά και μένουμε σε αρκετά διαφορετικά καταλύματα (Ελλάδα αλλά και εξωτερικό), γι αυτό και θεωρώ ότι μπορούμε να εκφέρουμε άποψη. Ξαναλέω, για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε, είναι το αντίθετο του VFM.
