- Our wrist bands were the key card to our room. This is such a small thing but is so nice. Not having to dig through your bag to look for your key card after a long day, you have it on your wrist. It’s so convenient.
- The rooms are spacious and a great size. We didn’t feel cramped in our hotel room.
- Pools were great & clean. We didn’t really have to look for a spot for the pool as they had enough lounge chairs.
- The reception staff were always super helpful and friendly. Any issue or concern we had, they were quick to respond via whatsapp or via the room phone.
- They have some nice beaches next to the hotel. Sao Rafael Beach is close by and a bigger sized beach so you dont feel super cramped next to others. It’s a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.
- Hotel is next to a little convenient store called “Tommy’s”. They have swimming equipment, drinks, snacks etc. We stopped by to get things for the beach and the cashier was super friendly. Its convenient to have something like this near the hotel for when you want snacks for the room or beach. Its a 2 min walk from the hotel entrance.
- At breakfast and dinner’s they had cartoon characters walk around for the kids which i thought was very sweet for the kids on holiday here.
- The buffet at the breakfast, lunch and dinner on floor 0 is relatively small. Not much selection, although, the quality of the food is quite good. They do offer pool bar snacks for lunch times also which is nice & there is an additional restaurant at the hotel but at an additional price.
- We unfortunately encountered a Cockroach in our room. We called the staff to remove it and they came within 5 mins. The staff were super responsive and helpful however, i believe it came from under the room door as there is a little gap. I reported this to the team for it to be looked into. They confirmed to me they forwarded my message to another team member to have this looked into and they got back to be the following morning. The staff are always super helpful.
- The room doors are not soundproof so when you are trying to sleep at night & people are walking past your room & talking / making noise, this will wake you up.

Wonderful time. Hotel gave me a complimentary wine and cake for my birthday. The staff were so lovely. Especially the lady on reception and Lawrence in the restaurant.
The only reason I would not give the full 10/10 was that I wanted an omelette with my breakfast and had to pay €12.
Otherwise all was perfect!

This stay was a significant downgrade from our previous experience. The food quality was poor, lacked variety, and was consistently not enjoyable, which was extremely disappointing given how good it was last year. Housekeeping was badly managed, with cleaners entering the room after 10pm to change sheets and towels, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, and the toilet had constant running water throughout the stay, indicating poor maintenance and lack of basic checks.
