I had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Hotel. The entire staff went out of their way to take care of me.
Everything is designed to make guests feel right at home. Everything you could need is provided. The rooms are spotless, as are the pools. The decor is very elegant. The direct access to the beach is a real plus. It’s truly paradise.

The hotel’s design and facilities are absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. It is truly a beautiful place.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. The service was very slow, and the staff—from the front desk to the pool area and housekeeping—were not as professional as I had hoped.
& The room air conditioning was not cold enough.
I sincerely hope to visit again in the future and find the service improved to match the hotel’s outstanding standards.
