They gave us an upgrade which was very generous,the stay was very peaceful and the location was convenient,the room was very clean and the ambience was very cozy

The beds we’re comfortable and the bathtub was basically nice.
It wasn’t very clean, everything seemed pretty neglected, especially the hotel itself. We felt like we were the only guests, never saw anyone except for the cleaning guy. No reception, you have to call a number to get a code to get in. Everywhere is garbage, the staircase looks like a dump. The bathtub is supposed to be a whirlpool, but part of the nozzles are broken, so that I hurt myself using it.
Basically the place has amazing potential but somehow it seems neglected. We ordered a baby bed, it wasn’t there when we arrived but it was very fast brought to us. It was half broken and the mattress was dirty and we couldn’t really use it so our baby slept in our bed in the end.
It’s a tough area, a lot of junkies around. We know this before so weren’t bothered or surprised.
