The building did not look glamorous, But the rooms are fantastic and the block has the best Bakery and shawarma spot!
Everything was to expectations or beyond factoring in the price!

The room is nicely and recently decorated; The bed is large and comfortable and there is a good space in the room; I stayed in that property once before but it has sadly deteriorated since
The room / property needs better maintenance;
The room had a scent left of someone smoking inside;
it had ants all over the bathroom, that was also missing a drainer;
A Coca Cola bottle left from previous guests in the fridge;
There was a water pool in the entrance from a leaking air conditioner that I slipped over;
And the internet was not working (regional failure) but no one advised before, only realized it when I messaged the property
