פקידת הקבלה שקיבלה את פנינו ביום חמישי בערב היתה מקסימה ויעילה. הסבירה היטב את נהלי המלון ופתרה בעיות במהירות כמיטב יכולתה. מיקום המלון יוצא מהכלל - דקות בודדות מהטיילת על הים, חוף רחצה מוכרז, קרוב למספר בתי קפה ומסעדה, ועדין שקט ורגוע כמו כל שכונת בת גלים. החדר היה נקי, מאובזר ומתוחזק. המלון מספק גם מגבות לחוף.
בעת הגעתנו קיבלנו (לבקשתנו) חדר בקומת הקרקע. החדר היה נקי ומסודר, קצת מעופש, אך בחדר האמבטיה טייל ג'וק גדול (מקק, תיקן גרמני). פקידת הקבלה העבירה אותנו מיידית לחדר קצת יותר גדול בקומה השניה. ההגעה לחדר היתה במעין "מבוך" קטן ומשולט היטב של גרמי מדרגות ומסדרונות מקשרים. בחדר היתה פינת מטבחון קטנה אך ללא כלי מטבח או שולחן וכסאות אוכל. בחדר היו שני כסאות ושולחן צד קטן עם רגלים מתנדנדות. אין מדפים או שידות ליד המיטה. המלון לא מאוייש כלל בשעות הלילה והכניסה היא בעזרת קוד באופן עצמאי. שריינו חניה מראש ובתשלום נוסף בחניה הפרטית של המלון. בהגעתנו הסבירה לנו פקידת הקבלה שנוכל לצאת לחניה מהיציאה האחורית של המלון, אך רק במשך היום כי בלילה היא נעולה. בבוקר למחרת יצאנו מיציאה אחורית זו ומיד גער בנו עובד המלון בגסות שאין להשתמש ביציאה זו ו"זה לא מקובל", בניגוד להנחיות שקיבלנו. אין גמישות כלל בשעת היציאה - עודכנו מראש ששעת היציאה מהחדר היא 11 אך שנוכל לבקש בבוקר ממנהל המלון לאחר אותה. כשהגענו לדלפק הקבלה בשעה רבע ל-11 לבקש דחיה, תגובת עובד המלון היתה "מה, עוד לא יצאתם?" כמובן שלא אושרה דחיה כי המלון היה צפוי להיות מלא בליל ששי. ארזנו ויצאנו תוך עשר דקות כנדרש. דלפק הקבלה לא היה מאויש ביציאתנו כך שלא יכולנו להעביר פידבק על התקלות לצוות המלון.
בעקבות פרסום ביקורת זו, מנהל המלון התקשר להתנצל על ההתייחסות.

Very friendly staff. Clean enough.
Complimentary drinks such as coffee and tea are available around the clock. And near the reception there is a refrigerator with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
In the booking it was mentioned that the room was for 3 people, although there was only 1 bed in the room without a sofa. There was no space for a suitcase in the room. No dressing table.
Uncomfortable location of the air conditioner in relation to the bed. We tried to sleep with the air conditioner on, but it blows directly to the head, which is uncomfortable.
Bathroom:
We were met with red ants every morning in the sink, on the floor and in the shower cabin.
The sink had a tall faucet designed for the kitchen, it was not comfortable to use, which generated a lot of splashes.
The shower holder was broken.
The overall impression was that the room was quite old.
