Exceptional

The owner was very responsive and thoughtful. He even provided a phone that could be used for local phone calls and had data as well. He also left a souvenir for me as well which was very welcoming and heart warming. The kitchenette was very useful, air conditioner and water boiler worked perfectly.

The appliances and kitchen sink and faucet were oxidized and old. The towel used in the bathroom on the floor was dirty and had step marks when I entered the house. The iron provided was not clean and caught on my garments couple of times when I was ironing them. Dishes provided were not clean and had food stains on them. I had to wash them again.

great, convenient place to stay.

the location is very convenient, very close to Baha’i Gardens and Ben Gurion street with lots of good restaurants. Host is very kind and responsive. They tried their best to accommodate our requests. great place to stay.

Great Location and Clean Rooms

Location is amazing. Room was clean.

Fixing/small renovations is necessary in the bathroom - shower door was not secure properly and plumbing fixtures calsified.

The location was perfect and the bed was confortable. It was practical to have some small shops in the direct vicinity. As a foreigner, I have felt safe, which was a good point. Contact via WhatsApp with the person in charge was efficient and friendly.

The appartement was OK, but did not look as good as the pictures. The bathroom needs a complete renovation, especially the shower which wad very old, and not good looking at all. To use the kitchen, I would have liked to have a towel to dry the dishes and some salt and oil to cook. It was a nightmare to park the car. There are parking places in front of the hotel building, but not enough. Finding a parking place was really challenging.

The strong smell of the cleaning solutions - hard on the breathing Kitchen pots had no lids, a paring knife would have been useful

convenient, caring service and easily accessible

Their whole reservation to management and cleaning person were far beyond carrying and supporting. They were extremely kind, and quick to resoond to our questions and needs and always resolved everything quickly and professionally. I highly and enthusiastically recommend them. No matter how much I rave about their exceptional service it is still not adequate. they were AWESOME!!!!

Great

The staff are the nicest, most accommodating people there could be. Super friendly. We got a free upgrade to the largest room in the building because the staff noticed we were travelling with two little kids. The room was also large, spacious and clean.

The bathroom was rather old and could have used a renovation. This was the major downside to the facility.

Great location

The location is great. Just near the German neighborhood. Check in is automatic, very easy, which means that you do not need to worry about arriving time. The host is always available to solve problems and help with questions. They have a phone with data free to use, which is quite nice. Totally recomended.

Great location in downtown Haifa. Impeccably clean apartment. Interaction with the management via whatsapp was very good. They graciously upgraded my apartment to one with a jacuzzi, and after a long day in Haifa's hot weather the jacuzzi is a bliss ! There are other small touches showing attention to detail : a courtesy smartphone for local calls and data, a surprise gift... I really felt welcome .

Superb

Excellent location for my purposes, also with the German Colony close by ; Communication is very well done to accommodate requests; WIFI was somewhat unstable in my room on different cell phones, but the offered cellphone with an amount of free data more than compensated for that (in particular, given the alternative of absurd roaming costs).

the location (very close to Baha’i gardens and few nice places to have dinner) the studio size the staff is available and helps you when you need overall it was a good stay

The staff was very nice

The shower flooded the bathroom due to poor design. The hot water heater didn’t work so I had to move rooms twice, the last room’s AC didn’t work.

As advertised. not fancy, good value for money. Excellent manager.

Yaron the manager was excellent - very professional, considerate and nice, and took care of all of our needs very quickly (and allthis in an apartment hotel with no reception services).

Not for anyone looking for something fancy - which we weren't, and the room was as advertised, but keep this in mind.

Okay

A very mixed stay. Location is brilliant only steps away from Baha'i gardens and the German colony. Staff nice and payment very easy. Very comfortable memory foam bed and nice roof terrace.

The room defintiely didn't feel clean at all. Would usually use the toaster, kitchen facilities and kettle but didn't want to use any of those. Utensils absolutely disgusting upon arrival. Also the bathroom wasn't amazing as the actual window didn't close properly, and there was a pipe constantly dripping into the shower. Not sure if it was from another shower or air con unit. Would stay somewhere else next time

Overpriced, Average apartments

The manager of the property Yaron was great, accommodating, kind, very responsive.

The facilities were poor, the room was very cold, the windows one glaze only so would pass both cold wind and rain. The bathroom leaked all the time and the door was broken. There was a cockroach in the Kitchener sink the first night we arrived and the electricity kept jumping off of more than one outlet was in use. No elevator also makes it difficult with a baby to transport pram and items.

Very good apartments, excellent value, good location.

It is a very basic apartment arrangement. It is more than adequate but not luxurious. Everything you need but not too many frills. The laundry room is very convenient and free. Location is very good just a few minutes from the bottom of the Baha’i gardens and Ben-Gurion Avenue. Overall very good and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Bahai hostel, meant for pilgrims

This is not a boutique hotel -it is a hostel, seems to be geared towards pilgrims The staff is only available a few hours a day Several times they came into our room a little too rapidly, ie. didn't wait for a response No reading light over the bed Noisy AC
