The location and the friendliness of the staff
Most was fabulous. Fans given as it was very warm in the rooms. Much appreciated. No coffee or tea in the amenities tray but likely just an oversight.

Great value for money. The place is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops and is conveniently located near a metro station. It has a private washroom and a lift, which made our stay more comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and even allowed us a 20-minute late check-out. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
I wish the towels were newer, as some had a distinct old smell. The toilet bowl could also use more thorough cleaning.
