The staff were friendly and the downstairs bar/lounge area was nice.
We arrived at the property early at 1:30 pm and check-in was at 3 pm. So we were told the room wasn’t ready, which was fair enough. We came back and tried to check in at 2.59pm and we were told we had to wait 1 minute. I just found this extremely petty! The location had pros & cons! The hotel itself is situated right opposite the metro, this was really handy when we wanted to hop on a train. However, at night and in the morning it’s quite noisy. Our room was also close to a main road so and even though we were on the 5th floor, there was lots of noise throughout the night particularly cars and sirens.
However, the location was ideal for walking to the Eiffel Tower and to the river. The rooms were basic, but very clean. At night though, you could hear through the walls and doors, so between this and the noise outside we were woken up quite regularly.

Jean Claude is great! He was such a pleasure to deal with! Stellar location 10/10.
We loved our stay here.
The hallways need a little TLC but this did not affect our stay!

Location (for my purposes of needing to visit the Australian Embassy)
It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced for Parisien
Hotels.
The time it took to check-in!!
It truly was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I arrived after a long flight from
Australia and went to the reception desk. There was, I assume, a couple booking in
although the only conversation I overheard was that they were asking advice about restsurants.
The receptionist went on and on and on, repeating himself over and over again as to why they
should go to such and such a restaurant while i stood there without acknowledgement.
Eventually when he had finished his spiel with the couple which included promises that he would pay for their meal
If they did not enjoy their meal, I approached the desk only
to be told that the people in
the foyer were ahead of me!
Why didnt he tell
me this, dog-tired, as I stood behind the couple with whom
he was having a very convivial
conversation more suited to a concierge than a receptionist?
Never again!
