Nice staff , great breakfast , room was a good size and comfortable . Bathroom was nice . Generally a reasonably pleasant hotel to stay at .
The room felt very dated - the hotel has the potential to offer some fantastic rooms with some investment . The hotel can’t help the weather but it could do with improving the hotel to cope with heat - fan in the breakfast room for example and external shutters .

Great location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Large room with a wonderful view. Quiet. Breakfast was amazing.

The location was amazing.
The staff was efficient but our group wanted to share a bottle we bought on a winery tour and we were told we could not. We drank and ate several times in the restaurant but they would not accommodate a bottle purchased elsewhere.

Location in the center and food is good.
Staff fully tourist mode, stern and short of answers. No flexibility. Don’t bring large luggage, no elevator to go up to the room. You need to be in good shape to climb the stairs.
