The location was excellent. Very close to metro with lots of restaurants around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we would highly recommend it.

Pleasent stay

Rooms were clean and the apartment is big and spacious.

Water was flowing outside the shower area which made the washroom wet

The entire apartment was spacious and comfortable The location is near restuarants and good transport network The entire staff were responsive and professional including from partner hotel rose park because I transfered hotels I woould definately recommend and stay again and suitable for both couples and bug families

One of the best combination of price/quality

It's been one of the best combination of price/quality in Dubai! 3 min to metro station Mashreq, a lot of street food in the area, 7-10 min walking to the Mall of the Emirates, the rooms are fully equipped even for longer staying.

I would change pillows, some of them felt like bricks.

I would definitely visit again

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort like facilitating early check-in and late check-out. The cleanliness was exceptional. The apartment was wide and spacious. The location is great, close to the metro station and with many affordable restaurants close by.

The staff is fantastic, the service and attention provided is superb. The staff was friendly and helped in every request. Excellent location. Room are big, spacious and very comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Superb

Upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was large and well equipped. Staff are very helpful and efficient. It is close to the Metro and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area. Will defiantly be using again.

They need to get shower curtains!

quiet rooms clean hotel friendly and helpful staff excellent location near metro station ,emirates mall supermarkets and many restaurants small pool for a quick dip an english translation of the Holy Koran as a gift in the cupboard car parking is available

there needs to be someone to help you if you can not operate the machine in the gym or instruct you if they are not working

Excellent: With some touching up - especially new baths - could be even better !

The staff are so welcoming, supportive and friendly. Congratulations to all of you for being such a welcoming and helpful team.

The rooms are very large, but need a refurbishment - some aspects are just rather old. Especially the baths - I LOVE having a bath: but there are rust and stains in the baths which are really off-putting.

I have patronized this hotel apartment for many years but lately, I have noticed an attitude of complacency creeping in,

It’s location, cleanliness.

Insufficient crockery and cutlery in the kitchen of the apartment and the refusal of the staff to provide me with the necessary bowls and plates to prepare my meals. Being a vegan and unable to eat the food in their restaurant, I had to privately procure some plastic bowls for washing vegetables and grains and use their small sauce pan as a soup bowl. And the sad part of it was the refusal of the staff to provide the minor items of crockery costing less than AED100 that would have made my stay more comfortable, claiming that they don’t provide bowls and plates. When it was a day to my check-out after over six weeks, they rushed to buy a small glass bowl for the kitchen claiming that my repeated appeals and requests have been addressed. The staff of this hotel are predominantly male, most of whom do not know what is needed in a functional kitchen. The house-keeping department should include or at least be run by women, who actually cook for their families and know what is required in a modern kitchen.
