The doormen were always very helpful and ready to assist. Check-in was quick, simple, and efficient. The hotel was very clean, and the room was quite comfortable. One of the things I liked the most was the location, as it is close to the metro and several shops, which made my stay in Dubai much more convenient.
I found the breakfast options limited.

Taking into account, price, location, cleanliness (very important to me!), service and the people that work there, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in (and I’m very travelled!).
A really special mention to Ahmed and Sheila, but all the staff were fantastic including Farooq, Benjamin & Panni and made my stay really enjoyable!
A certain cleaner had a bit of an attitude problem, but she was fine once you get to know her and it did not take anything away from my excellent stay!
I didn’t want to leave this review because now everyone will want to stay and I don’t want anyone to know about it;)

The rooms are spacious. Good bed linen. Friendly staff. It's quiet in the neighborhood. There are many good grocery stores nearby. Nice roof with sun beds and a swimming pool and good gym.
It's impossible to live in the room opposite the elevator, there's no sound insulation, and it's very noisy all night, so I had to change the room. Although I wrote a letter in advance that I would be with an elderly mother, and specifically asked for the quietest room possible. The email was ignored. As it turned out, the audibility in all rooms is awful, but better than near elevator.
There were a lot of ants in the first room on the 4th floor.
Breakfasts are limited and poor.
Free buses arrive with a heavy delay due to traffic jams and there is no point at all. The hotel does not provide beach towels.
