Everything from the beginning to end of the day...
I was disappointed to learn that there are currently no family rooms available for my upcoming trip with my family in February.
I was hoping to stay at your hotel, as I have two boys and need suitable accommodation for my family. Unfortunately, without a family room option, I may have to look for another hotel, which would be disappointing as I would have preferred to stay with you.
Could you please let me know if there are any alternative room arrangements that would be suitable for a family of four, or if there is a possibility that a family room may become available for our dates in February?
I would appreciate any options or suggestions you can provide.

Location in Barsha near metro station and MOE was good, fairly new hotel.
from the Promo in booking to what I actually paid there was quite a different. 1st when I reached the hotel they charged me extra from what was agreed after upgrading my room, and at the checkout they mentioned that I need to pay extra as they made a mistake during the check-in. So overall, the experience did not worth the money.
