Very nice overall
My friend was cold in the night and there was no additional blankets in the wardrobe, and the couvre-pieds were rather ornamental than functional, so for her it was a minus.

I did not eat at their restaurant. There was an empty mini fridge and a little market close by.
I asked for a kettle so I could make instant coffee. There was no cups, mugs or utensils provided
Towels were very old and thin. No amenities except liquid soap on the wall and liquid shampoo in the shower

The hotel room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rich and plentiful breakfast.
The pillows weren’t the best.

Location. Comfy rooms.
Wifi was next to nonexistent in our room 701.
We had several large heavy bags we had to carry up steps to get to the back elevators. Even after I emailed the property before arrival to question if they had elevators as we were travelling with these bags.
Many staff were extremely unhelpful in particular bar and restaurant staff. Some were nice, most were terrible.
Not a lot of vegetarian food options on the menu.
