the view the location the room was very good .
there was a few little problems in the rooms , the window edge left side is a little open , was raining and water came into the room , water leak in bottom of sink and also no hot water .

The location is the best in Matzatlan. Across the street from a swimable, non- crowded beach; walkable to all the best restaurants, necessities and sites. Great balcony view of the Malacone, for morning and evening activity. The bar on property was excellent. Non-corporate, friendly, and helpful staff. Good wifi; adaquate security.
A little run down in places. Loud Malacone noise late into the night. Google Translate necessary. Maid service was 11-3 each day exclusively. The restaurant only served burgers and pizza for limited hours.

Close to everything, Markets, Centro Histórico, the beach, has a pharmacy and a market right out the door
The bed is a little to firm. But not an issue

Beds were uncomfortable, toilet kept running due to some malfunction, no fridge
