The room was huge and exceptionally clean. The balcony and view was breathtaking. The facilities were perfect including the pool and restaurant. Wonderful location in Sorrento
We felt the staff at reception could have been a little more outgoing, especially on our departure.

easy and close walk to Tasso Sq., restraunts and shopping. Conventient to ferry transfers as well. Older Hotel but with all the charm of Sorrento.
Bath tubs...you should connsider updated rooms to walk in showers.. Very difficult to get in and out of, espically for seniors.
Needs bathtub no slip rubber matts
Update door keys and locks to cards. Although the room keys are authentic in nature, carrying them around is difficult (very heavy and large)

The Hotel is GREAT. Nice staff, clean, beautiful location. The restaurant at the pool is great. Very nice lifeguards and restaurant staff. The pool is very nice. Breakfast was nice.
Since we added our grandchild we were move to a room that could house 3 people. We were moved to ROOM 402. It was on 2 floors. The bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor with a window that opened only slightly. The staircase was narrow and very steep. In all my years of travelling this was the worst room I ever stayed in. After 3 days in Capri we are back at the Tramontano. We were given room 105. I will never stay at the Tramontano again unless they tell me what room I will get. 318, 407, 105 are great. Stay away from 402!
