Good, secluded hotel. Great location.
Personnel is fantastic.
No lift to upper floors.
They charge you €5 per luggage item per day if left in their care, even coming back for another paid night in the hotel. If I knew that, I would have booked 2nd stay at another hotel.
Shower in 2nd room during 2nd stay was partially blocked.

The team is doing posibile and impossible to preserve the authenticity of Sorrento trough Maison Tofani
The AC was not cooling enough. I think for the big room you need two Air conditioning systems to have a good sleep at night.

The location was central
When we arrived we had to wait a long time for the person to arrive to let us into the reception to check in.
Eventually when we arrived to the room, a look around and we found a lot of hairs left in the bath tub, sink and around the bathroom floor, as well as mould in and around the bathroom. We raised these issues immediately with the hotel reception who informed us she couldn’t do anything as the cleaners weren’t there and they had no other rooms, and to just contact booking.com, which we did. I am yet to receive a response from the support team.
In breakfast the next day they hadn’t bothered to label the food displayed with their dietary list labels, they were instead cast of to the side.
