Very clean, great location, very convenient, late check-in was easy. Communication with staff was very good. Elevator was a plus as was air conditioning, and the staff set us up with a reliable parking service.
Beds were not very comfortable but they provided plenty of pillows. Property was advertised as 4 beds (1 queen and 2 twins) and paid for as such; but on our late arrival we found they only set up the queen and a twin sofa bed. She explained that they only set up the one twin because there were 3 people on the reservation. They offered to set up another twin (likely a cot) but there was already no place to sit with the couch being converted to the twin, so we declined. Be aware this is in a busy area that is loud late into the night with music and dining guests, so opening the windows is not logical at night.

I liked the location. The room was very small and the bed was not very comfortable, specifically the pillows gave me neck pain… the hostess was great and very helpful and sweet.
room size was small. ac didnt work in the beginning but then started working , but it made me sick and i got a cold from the a/c as it became too cold and hard to regulate temperature.
