I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and happy to answer any questions I had. They even went out of their way to help me with an issue unrelated to my stay, which really exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, near Piazza Santo Spirito. There was a really nice wine bar in No 18 across the street.
It was nice they had some sweets to start your day. The room was clean and the stuff was friendly.
The beds were too hard, the floor sloped, there were hidden steps, the bathroom was too small, and noise from pipes and the fridge disturbed us at night. Additionally, there was no telephony or internet signal, forcing us to go outside to communicate. Overall, the room was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t rest or stay inside for a break. We would have appreciated more comfy beds, a room with internet connection and a regular size bathroom at least.
