Very nice apartment in a historic building in a historical centre of Florence. In 10-15 minute walk, you are near all the tourist attractions, at the same time, the apartment is located in a more silent area. The host is super friendly and was flexible in accommodating our late arrival.
Even though the building is old, there is a small lift available, that was a surprise for us.
The apartment is spacious, with a very high ceiling. It has all the stuff you need, including a very nice sofa to sit in front of the window. Airconditioning takes some time to cool the apartment, but in 20-30 minutes you reach the comfortable temperature.
Extra nice touch - a mosquito repellent is available. And believe me - it is needed! Without the repellent it would be a constant fight with mosquitoes.
Definitely recommend the place!
One thing to be aware of: water can overflow from the shower, so you have to be careful when taking a shower.

The room was amazing. We had a beautiful river view. The ceiling was so high and the art was beautiful. It had the best shower we have ever used, a rainfall head the size of a dinner plate and great pressure.
