Good view and balcony. Spacious room . Extra towels . Well equipped kitchen . Close to train station . Nice dining area . Microwave
Small bathroom . No ventilation in the bathroom
No extractor in the bathroom
Tiny shower
Only 2 very small bars of soap.
Very ineffective aircon . Almost non existent

Excellent location. The office staff were exceptional with providing a fan to help us sleep. The elevator worked well and we had an amazing view from our balcony,
The Air Conditioning was inefficient and could not cool down the apartment properly.

Location was great if you want to be in the Santo Spirito District.
The staff was 1 person for very limited hours, however, if you did see them they were very helpful.
The room was supposed to be a "double bed" but it was really just 2 twin beds pushed together. Which is pretty bad as you could imagine. No turn down service. No towels replenished (you could ask but I personally don't need them). The rooms on the website look way better than they actually are. The color scheme in mine was hideous.
