First I want to tell about how it is in the best neighborhood in Florence. Second, the digital way of using the accomodation. You don't have to worry about losing the keys. You have it all digital. I loved that! Third, it was a very pleasant room, with a comfortable bad and all that you need for a few days of staying in the city. Absolutely marvelous! Big recommendation!

Nice location & clean. Near to the famous window wine Babae.
Abit worn out elevator which enables on 2 person in.
Bed is abit hard.

Modern, clean. Fairly good location.
Elevator instructions poor. There was an extra step after pushing the button of floor option. I tried all options of the extra step with no solution. As well the electric system was faulty. The card to insert that was to turn on/off the lights, also turns off the heat. It was ice cold in the apartment. The host said to pull out the card to turn off the lights, which turned off the heat. As well, luckily I had a flash light at the bedside so I could see in the dark to turn on the lights. Initially,I thought it was the remote to manage the thermastat. The host said he would reboot or reset? the remote the next day. But when I awakened, the remote was still blinking 00 and he never responded as to the cause and solution of the heating mechanism.
