i liked the old style homes
elevator is a problem. There was a problem with the air condition and the mosquitos
Also i wish the bathroom favilities to be more modern as those looked and felt cheap

The host was super friendly and welcoming and provided all the details for a smooth check-in. The room was nice and clean. Great location, wich made it able to walk everywhere.
The room was full (really full) of mosquitos. Although we are aware there are usually a lot of mosquitos in Florence, we believe something could be done to prevent them to go inside or kill them.

Very spacious room and a great location! Only 70m from Babae wine window and there’s another cafe just downstairs for breakfast.
No complaints

Location was amazing. Super close to great restaurants and a short walk to the bridge over to the duomo, uffizi, etc. Area felt safe. Appreciated the renovated bathroom and snacks provided in the room for us. Allowed us to store bags on the last day of our vacation which was great.
Room was very bare bones and not very clean. Floors look dirty, walls had stains, and bathroom ceiling had a suspicious stain resembling mold. Difficult to check into and the elevator was hard to get used to. Building itself is dingy and not welcoming. Thin blankets and not enough pillows. The extra pillow provided did not have a pillow cover. Some sort of pest control device left on top of the table that said dangerous to humans. Only one roll of toilet paper provided and had to ask host for more - would have been good to provide multiple in room. Would not stay here again, but it was decent.
